Peter Gibson

Peter Gibson, an investor and operator in the oil, gas, petrochemical, and energy sectors, is the founder of MAS Energy, a highly successful renewable natural gas development and generation company which led to a lucrative sale in 2022. Currently, Peter is the Executive Chairman and owner of Stellar Energy, an energy technology company in Florida, USA, that has developed, designed, and manufactured innovative energy solutions for the power, LNG, and hyperscale industries since the late 1990s.

Sam Abdalla

Sam Abdalla, CEO of Nebula Energy, brings a holistic approach to investment and development of large-scale energy projects. With over 20 years of expertise in LNG, infrastructure, and combined and simple-cycle power plant development, Sam has led projects across Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design-Build-Finance and Maintain (DBFM), Engineering-Procurement and Construction (EPC), and Public-Private-Partnership (P3) frameworks.

Sam combines technical expertise with strategic vision and has a proven record in successfully leading and securing large-scale, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects from initiation to COD.

Sam is a mechanical power engineer and holds an MBA from London Business School in International Business.
